1. Place your order again
If your payment was declined, please try placing your order again. Unfortunately, we can't restore an order after the payment has been declined.
2. Make the relevant checks
To help avoid your order being declined when placing a new order, we recommend checking the following:
- Verify the card details on your account to ensure the information is accurate, such as the expiry date and your billing address.
- Double-check that you enter the security code correctly – this is the three-digit number on the back of your card.
- Your card issuer might have declined the payment. Since they don’t provide us with the reason, it’s a good idea to check with them or contact your bank directly.
- If you’ve reviewed all of the above, you might want to try using a different card for payment.
