We understand that plans change! Depending on how far along your order is in our fulfillment process, we may be able to update your shipping destination.
1. Check your Order Status
Before reaching out, please check your order status in your [My Account]
Status: Processing – We can likely change the address! Please contact us immediately using the instructions below.
Status: Shipped/In Transit – Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot redirect the package. You may need to contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) directly to request a "Package Hold" or "Reroute."
2. How to Request a Change
To ensure your product arrive safely, we require address changes to be submitted through one of the following methods:
Via Help Center: Click the "Contact Support" button at the top of this page. Select "Address Change" as your issue type and include your Order Number.
Via Live Chat: Open the chat bubble in the bottom right corner. Our AI assistant can flag your order for an address hold if our team hasn't packed it yet.
3. Important Restrictions
To prevent fraud and protect your purchase, please note the following:
High-Value Items: For orders containing [Specific Product, e.g., High-End Laptops], we may require additional identity verification before changing a delivery address.
Country Changes: We cannot change a delivery address from one country to another. In these cases, the original order must be canceled and a new one placed.
Subscription Items: Changing your address for a one-time order will not automatically update your address for future subscription deliveries. Please update your "Shipping Profile" in your account settings.
