1. How to Purchase

• Delivery: All gift cards are delivered via email immediately after purchase. We do not currently offer physical plastic cards (yay for the environment!).

• No Extra Fees: There are no processing fees or maintenance costs. A $50 gift card costs $50.

• Flexibility: You can send the card directly to the recipient’s inbox or send it to yourself to print out later.

2. How to Redeem Your Gift Card

Redeeming your balance is simple:

1. Add your favorite electronics to your cart.

2. During Checkout, look for the field labeled "Gift card or discount code."

3. Enter your unique 16-digit code and click Apply.

4. The balance will be deducted from your total. If the order exceeds the card value, you can pay the remaining balance with any other standard payment method.

3. Checking Your Balance

To check how much credit you have left, simply click the "View Gift Card" link in your original delivery email. Alternatively, you can [Log into your Account] and visit the "Credits" section.
 

4. Important Terms & Security

• Expiration: In accordance with modern regulations, our gift cards never expire.

• Returns: Items purchased with a gift card can be returned, but the refund will be issued back to the original gift card code. We cannot refund gift card purchases to cash or a different credit card.

• Scam Alert: Please be aware that gift cards can only be used on our official website. We will never ask you to pay for taxes, utility bills, or "bail money" using a gift card. If someone asks you for your code over the phone, it is a scam.

5. Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I use a discount code AND a gift card? Yes! Gift cards are considered a form of payment, so you can still use a promotional discount code on your order.

• I lost my gift card email. What do I do? Don't panic! Contact our support team with the email address used for the purchase, and we can resend the digital card to you.
